District Approved Coaching

In recognition of the importance of helping our leaders to further develop their leadership skills, the District Leadership Team has approved a matching subsidy for credential holders to receive coaching from a District-approved leadership coach.

This subsidy is available to active credential holders in the BC/Yukon District. It is a 50/50 matching subsidy, which may be made available to a maximum of $500 per active credential holder for a calendar year.

To qualify for this subsidy, an application for coaching must first be submitted to info@bcyd.ca and approved by the District Officers. A list of District-approved coaches is provided to credential holders seeking this subsidized executive coaching subsidy.

Following approval, invoices must be paid in full to the coach, where the invoice may be submitted to info@bcyd.ca and 50% of the invoice can be reimbursed to the credential holder to a maximum of $500 for the calendar year.

Rob’s coaching experience and practice bring a good blend of high invitation and high challenge, this helps create a safe space in which people can bring their true self and also on which they can challenge themselves to enter into who they want to be and what they want to accomplish. He is quiet, calm and collected and yet inquisitive and assertive at the same time, this combination allows his clients to be free to explore new thoughts and ideas and come to outcomes that work for them. His coaching brings a deep connection of heart and head – he believes these two components are beneficial, if not, necessary for healthy, sustainable outcomes.
